Fitness Friday June 15, 2018

I haven't done a fitness progress post in a while. This week I hit a milestone. I am down ten pounds since February. While I don't live by the scale I still use it to motivate me when I don't want to workout. I have notice a few major differences like my clothes are fitting better and can sleep better. 
Firm believer in: you have to love yourself before others can.
So I love that my body is able to workout and push me to achieve new goals. I have been traveling almost non-stop recently for work and haven't been able to train or go to OrangeTheory as much as I have wanted too. But I am getting back on track. Today my four run was better than it was on Wednesday. It was a reminder that I need to keep moving forward. Even if it is just a little improvement each day.
